Car Wash controls are the heartbeat of the quality and the speed of the car wash. We use the most sophisticated equipment in the market today and if we can't find it we build it. Things like sonar to read a vehicle as it enters the wash and tells us if the vehicle is a car, truck or SUV. With sonar we can customize the wash experience to each type of vehicle. Auto cashiers provide a consistent customer experience and allows the customer the ability to sign up for a new unlimited car wash membership right at the screen. We use license plate recognition to make sure the new members vehicle is automatically entered into our system so each time they return they can just pull through the pay area and into the wash with no delays. We also conserve energy and lengthen the life of equipment with variable frequency drives. We build custom equipment like air control and chemical panels to help each step of the wash experience be the best it can be.

In the car wash tunnel we partner with the best equipment suppliers. One of the most innovative products to come out in the last 10 years is the belt conveyor and along with our partner at STI Conveyor we have perfected this system. The belt conveyor makes it easier for the customer to load their vehicle into the wash and safer for both the customer and our employee's. We also don't use brushes to clean a car but a new safer neo-shine foam material that cannot hold dirt and actually can add a little more shine to the car. From beginning to end we offer a safe, consistent car wash experience that puts out a quality car every time.

SAFE CHEMISTRY
All Qual Chem products feature linear chain chemistry. This means they are designed to easily degrade.
We also will not create products using Nonylphenol Ethoxylates.
We never have and never will use Hydrofluoric Acid or its derivatives (Ammonium Bifluoride or Sodium Bifluoride) in any of our products.

Water usage and savings
We reclaim, filter and reuse our water in the car wash process. All of our water goes into the sewer system and does not end up in storm drains like home washing so we keep our rivers and streams pristine.

Most equipment comes with a manufacturers warranty. Please check with the manufacturer on warranty's they offer.
Warranty labor is charged at current rates.
